* Notes about Sugar Paste
To achieve a smooth flawless finish, the cake will be covered in sugar paste icing. This is the only ingredient that cannot be made in-house.
If you prefer not to have sugar paste icing, it is possible to use just buttercream or chocolate ganache (white, milk or dark).
In the case of *Naked Cakes, the cake would be covered in a very thin layer of buttercream.
